NEAR Releases Mainnet Upgrade 2.13.0, Supporting Post-Quantum Signatures and Dynamic Re-Sharding

NEAR has released the 2.13.0 mainnet upgrade, which includes support for post-quantum signatures, dynamic re-sharding, Gas keys, contract-allocable deterministic yield IDs, and node state synchronization via peer-to-peer methods. The Gas keys allow for pre-stored Gas balances and feature 1024 parallel nonce channels, enabling a single account to run multiple agent transactions simultaneously without conflicts.
