(NYSE: SQNS) announced the completion of a $384 million strategic investment to kickstart its previously announced Bitcoin treasury program. The financing includes a $195 million PIPE financing and a $189 million convertible bond issuance, with all net proceeds from the issuance to be used to purchase Bitcoin.
