BlockBeats News, July 9th, GameSquare Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: GAME) announced that the board has approved the phased establishment of an Ethereum treasury, with a total value of up to $100 million. It will sell 8,421,054 shares of common stock (or common stock equivalents) at a price of $0.95 per share, expecting to generate approximately $8 million in total proceeds before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and offering expenses as the initial Ethereum treasury establishment cost.
